JUST NOW: Alabama star, has declared for the NFL Draft.

ESPN’s Chris Low reports that Kool-Aid McKinstry, a top cornerback for the Alabama Crimson Tide, has declared for the 2024 NFL Draft.

Defensive back Malachi Moore and linebacker Deontae Lawson have informed coaches that they intend to return, while fellow cornerback Terrion Arnold has made the same choice.

In relation to McKinstry, this is not surprising. Among cornerback prospects in the draft, the junior is seen to be the best. At the collegiate level, there was nothing left for him to accomplish.

McKinstry, a First-Team All-American from the previous campaign, is sure to be selected among the top 20 players

for the yearly event in April. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound cornerback is reputed to have exceptional ball-tracking

abilities, a propensity to get tough, and strong press coverage ability. His outside technique is likewise regarded as
