But among the more significant topics covered—and something that most fans have been eager to learn about—was Telesco’s strategy to approaching the Raiders in terms of developing the team’s roster.

Raiders supporters are concerned that Telesco will not assemble the ideal team for Pierce to coach. However, comparing the names on the Chargers roster to his time in Los Angeles, he never produced a subpar product.
