Greg Inglis, a former star of the Warrington Wolves and current NRL superstar, has joined the Wests Tigers.
Though he hasn’t joined Benji Marshall as a permanent member of their coaching staff, he has been called upon to
assist their young fullback Jahream Bula, who will be a part of a new spine in 2024 together with former Leeds
Rhinos player Aidan Sezer.
Bula is under a lot of pressure following the signing of a contract worth around $3 million and £1.5 million.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Greg Inglis is currently tutoring the young fullback. Over the weekend,
Inglis was photographed at the club’s Concord offices wearing Wests Tigers apparel.The former captain of South
Sydney, who hasn’t played a formal position for the Rabbitohs since 2020, has joined the Tigers as a tutor for young
fullback Jahream Bula.
“The club maintains that Inglis was brought in as a confidant to the young fullback, not to help the football
department or accept a role with the club’s coaching staff.”As Bula navigates the pressures and adjustments of
moving from a relative unknown to a rugby league star in less than a year, Inglis has been assigned to help him off
the field.Observing from the sidelines during the weekend, Inglis wore the black and gold for the first time. Bula,
who recently inked a $2.7 million–$2.8 million agreement to remain with the Tigers through the end of 2027, is
anticipated to continue working with him. “A mutual option exists for the last year of his contract. Bula will receive a
guaranteed $800,000 in 2027 if he exercises the option; however, the club will receive $900,000.

Prior to the 2021 season, Inglis was a big addition and was declared in 2021; nevertheless, he was promptly removed
from his playing contract. He was out for an extended amount of time when his hamstring injury against the
Huddersfield Giants turned out to be more serious than first believed. Consequently, after friendly negotiations, all
