Following a claim of “inappropriate behavior,” Christian Horner, the 51-year-old CEO of Red Bull Racing and
husband of former Spice Girls singer Geri Halliwell, is presently under investigation.
It is understood that another employee of Red Bull has made the accusation.
With racing driver Max Verstappen’s amazing performance, the Formula One team is currently thriving. Verstappen
defeated British champion Lewis Hamilton for three straight world championships. Christian, 50, who oversaw Red
Bull as its “team principal” for almost 19 years and celebrated his milestone birthday with a star-studded party last
year, has vehemently refuted the accusation.
“The company launched an independent investigation after being made aware of certain recent allegations,” a
representative told the PA news agency.An outside, specialized barrister is handling this process, which has already
started.
The statement continued, saying, “The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be
completed as soon as practically possible.”
“It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time,” the players stated.
Since Red Bull’s F1 debut 19 years ago, Christian has served as team principal, managing the victories of seven
drivers and six manufacturers.
Red Bull won 21 of the 22 races that were held in the previous year, and Max set a record by winning 10 straight
races on his way to his third title in as many years.
For his contributions to motorsport, Christian received a CBE in the New Year’s Honours List.
At a Formula 1 race in 2009, Geri met her now-husband. At the time, the Red Bull boss was preoccupied with the
Monaco Grand Prix.
After then, Christian has subsequently informed The Telegraph, the two crossed paths several more times before
they struck up a connection and began dating a few years later.
The devoted pair later tied the knot in 2015, and they have a six-year-old son named Monty. Christian is the father of
Olivia, age 10, and Geri is the mother of Bluebell Madonna, age 17, who she shares with her ex-partner Sacha
Gervasi.
