Carter is a four-star recruit who attended Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona. The product from Arizona will be a summer recruit for the Crimson Tide.
As a senior, the four-star prospect played both edge rusher and receiver due to his length and athleticism. He is the kind of player Alabama usually targets at outside linebacker. He can play sideline to sideline and does so quickly. Given his athletic ability, he might be signed as a full-time wide receiver if he so chooses.
