On Wednesday, Dawson Merritt, a linebacker at Overland Park (Kansas), accepted an offer from Alabama.
“I am aware of Alabama’s winning culture, which makes receiving a scholarship offer from them seem incredible,” he remarked. “As a child, you dream about stuff like playing for Alabama.”
