It’s safe to assume that not all members of Raider Nation have accepted Tom Telesco’s appointment as head
coach of their beloved Las Vegas Raiders.
That was the situation when it was initially revealed that Telesco was one of six applicants who the team
interviewed in order to fill the position of general manager for the company, which had been vacated by Dave
Ziegler. Many Raiders fans didn’t think well of Telesco when it was revealed that he would be getting a second
interview for the position and that he was a finalist along with Indianapolis Colts assistant general manager Ed
Dobbs and Raiders interim general manager Champ Kelly And a lot of supporters were apprehensive when
Telesco was hired on January 23.

Maybe it was the December 63-21 loss to the Raiders on his final day as general manager of the Los Angeles
Chargers, where he had spent 11 seasons. The following day, Chargers coach Brandon Staley and Telesco were
both fired. Maybe the Chargers’ inconsistent performance over the years caused fans to lose interest in Telesco.
But now that you’ve listened to him discuss his position with the Raiders and given some time to process it, what
do you think of Telesco taking over as general manager of the team?
