After an investigation, he was exonerated, but the controversy has grown as the media, including the Metro and F1 staff, have access to texts and photos connected to the investigation. The former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell’s husband, Horner, has always refuted the allegations and adamantly declared he will continue to lead the current champs.  Jos Verstappen, the father of three-time champion and Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, has called for the 50-year-old to be fired, which has escalated the situation even further this week.
Additionally, a 19-page investigation into the case has been released by BusinessF1 Magazine, and it includes a “series of damaging new allegations” against Horner. It will also go into detail regarding the internal power struggle at Red Bull’s top, but most importantly, it identifies the female employee who is at the center of the controversy—Horner.

The story was supposed to be republished later this week, but it was deleted from the site’s website over the weekend. The article’s truth is reportedly quite debatable, and Horner’s attorneys have now requested that it be taken down, claiming that it has seriously harmed their client. This is according to The Telegraph.
They have written the magazine two lawsuits, claiming that it published a libelous piece that was “illegal” and advocated for data security and privacy. “The piece is littered with inaccuracies and is subject to legal complaint,” a Red Bull official continued. Horner is not the only well-known figure in the sport who is in hot water, but the scandal is expected to escalate when the Formula One circus arrives in Saudi Arabia this week for the second grand prix of the year.
