SAD NEWS: Aaron Jones Breakup Suddenly To Get Messy…

Aaron Jones, a running back, and the Green Bay Packers broke up after seven years of marriage. Although it didn’t

After doing a U-turn, they signed Josh Jacobs to a four-year, $48 million contract. However, several fans were left

with a bad taste in their mouths as Jones left.

On social media, the 29-year-old tailback liked a message that made fun of the front office.

The tweet read, “Gute and front office looking REAL funny in the light of one of the greatest RBs and people in team

history. You can spin it however you’d like.

Jones isn’t pleased that Green Bay chose to release him rather than provide him with compensation. In 2024, he was

capped at $17 million, of which $12 million came from salary and incentives.

The fifth-round selection in 2017 thought he was worth that money, particularly after spending seven arduous years

in Titletown.

He contributed 2,076 receiving yards, 63 total touchdowns, and 5,940 running yards during his tenure with the

Packers. Although those are excellent results, Green Bay believed they could achieve a comparable level of output at

a lower cap number.
