According to reports, the Cleveland Browns are still rather busy even after NFL free agency officially opened on
Wednesday at 4 PM. Four movements were announced by the organization, including DE Za’Darius Smith’s return
in free agency and the sharing of a video with WR Jerry Jeudy following his trade acquisition.
Punter Corey Bojorquez’s reported return was a crucial play for special teams earlier in the day.
On Wednesday, TE Harrison Bryant left the Browns for Las Vegas, and FB/OL Nick Harris left for Seattle.
Giovanni Ricci, who is listed as a tight end and a fullback, might replace both:

The 230-pound, 6’3″ Ricci is an Ohio native. With the Panthers, he has appeared in three seasons of play, making
four starts. With eight receptions for 100 yards in 2022, he enjoyed his greatest receiving season to date.
Despite playing just 337 offensive snaps, Ricci contributed tremendously with 647 snaps on special teams.
Ricci will probably compete for a spot on a roster because of his versatility and value to ST coordinator Bubba
Ventrone, considering Cleveland’s scant usage of the fullback position.
