At least six people shot weapons during the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl triumph parade, according to newly
released documents—more than was previously believed.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with a new felony in relation to the shooting that occurred during the Chiefs’
parade on February 14. Unsealed court records, however, according to the Associated Press, demonstrate that at
least six persons really shot guns during the demonstration. There were a total of 12 persons who displayed weapons
throughout the incident.

In relation to the mass shooting that happened shortly after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory rally in Kansas City, two
men have been charged with second-degree murder. Three 16-year-olds are being charged with illegally obtaining
high-powered rifles, and two 16-year-olds have been charged with firearms offenses.
Following the incident, which police have stated resulted from a dispute between two groups, three people were
taken into custody. At least 21 people were hurt in the incident, and one person died.
