Jacob Quillan, a forward from Quinnipiac University, has signed with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The 22-year-old Dartmouth, New Brunswick native’s two-year entry-level contract was agreed to, the team announced on Monday.

The agreement, which starts in 2024–2025, has an average yearly value of US$875,000.
With 17 goals and 29 assists in 39 games for Quinnipiac this season, Quillan won the title of top defensive forward in the Eastern College Athletic Conference.
During his NCAA career, the six-foot, 201-pound center scored 38 goals and provided 55 assists in 116 games.

Quillan was voted the most outstanding player of the Frozen Four after scoring the late
goal that lifted Quinnipiac to the 2023 NCAA title in the previous season.
